   Minutes: Judy Klinek, Director of Supplemental Educational Services, provided Board Members with a brief presentation regarding the Student Development Plan and highlighted the following areas: School Board Goals; National Standards; State Frameworks; School Counselor's Role: Coordinator, Facilitator, Manager, and Data Collector; Phase I: Training, Implementation, and Results; Student Development Plan; Required Student Competencies; Academic Domain; Personal/Social Domain; Career Domain; Phase II - Modify the Plan: Community Service Domain; Career Development Resources; and Technology/Staff Development.
